This Privacy Policy explains how GROW with Paul Hardin, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit book.doublein90.com and related pages (the "Site"), buy our products, book a call with our team, or receive our emails and text messages. By using the Site you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number when you start or complete an order.
- Order details: the products you buy, prices, dates and order numbers.
- Payment details: card and payment information is entered into secure fields provided by our payment processor, Whop. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Call booking details: answers you give in our booking form (for example, information about your church) and the time you choose for a call.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, text or through support.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
- Advertising data: if you arrive from an ad, the campaign details in the link (such as UTM tags and the Facebook click identifier).
- Cookies and similar technologies: described in section 4.
2. How we use your information
- To process your order, deliver your purchase and provide customer support.
- To offer one-click upgrades after your purchase. When you buy, Whop securely saves your payment method so that, if you choose to add an offer on a following page, you can do so without re-entering your card. We only charge it when you click to accept an offer.
- To send order confirmations, access details and service messages.
- To send marketing emails and text messages about our books, trainings, events and services, where permitted (see section 5).
- To schedule and hold calls you book with our team.
- To measure and improve our advertising and our website, including testing different page designs.
- To prevent fraud, keep the Site secure, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Whop: payment processing and storage of saved payment methods.
- GoHighLevel: our customer relationship system, used to store your contact record and send emails and text messages.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and related tools (see section 4).
- Hosting, database and analytics providers (including Vercel and Supabase) that host the Site and store order and visit records.
- Scheduling and form tools (such as Typeform and Calendly) used when you book a call.
- Advertising attribution providers that help us understand which ads lead to purchases.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets.
4. Cookies, the Meta Pixel and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your progress through an order, measure visits, and measure the results of our advertising. These include:
- Essential cookies that keep your order session secure and show you a consistent version of our pages.
- First-party analytics that count page views and visitors to our own pages.
- The Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which let Meta measure how people respond to our ads and show ads to people who may be interested. Meta may combine this with information it already has about you, under Meta's own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.
5. Email and text messages
If you give us your email address or phone number, we may contact you about your order and, where permitted, about our products and services. You can opt out at any time:
- Email: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about an order you placed or a call you booked.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and then delete or anonymize it.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. Payment details are handled by our payment processor in its secure environment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- ask us to delete your information;
- opt out of marketing messages; and
- opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email info@paulhardin.org. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other websites
The Site may link to websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
